Documents can be saved for adding to at a later date and can be printing out for presentation, using as float envelope headers or otherwise. If used for tracking float expenditure then the print outs are ideal for use as float envelope header pages. Now contains a mileage option where miles traveled can be added as an entry. a mileage entry is shown as the last entry in Image 1.
